Requirements
- Experience as a Chef de Partie
- Passionate and reliable approach to work
- Right to work in the UK
- Fluency in English
- Driving and access to your own vehicle is advantageous, as some venues may be remote
- Ability to work flexibly across different contract catering environments
About The Role
Mint People is recruiting Chef de Partie professionals for temporary contract catering opportunities in Durham, paying from £18 per hour with weekly pay.
The roles are available across a range of contract catering environments, including schools, canteens, prisons, care homes and other catering venues.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals at their designated station, working with the wider culinary team, managing stock and ordering supplies. Maintaining food safety and sanitation standards is also an important part of the role.
The positions offer flexible hours to suit different schedules, as well as opportunities for career progression within contract catering.
Having a driving licence and access to your own vehicle is advantageous because some of the venues may be in remote locations.
