Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader to join the team at Toby Carvery in Cleadon Village, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced chef to step into a leadership role with one of the UK’s best-known restaurant brands.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Head Chef to lead and inspire the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food preparation, service and hygiene are maintained. Responsibilities include training and developing chefs, overseeing food preparation and stock control, supporting food ordering, and helping the team achieve operational targets while delivering the quality meals Toby Carvery is known for.

The role is ideal for someone with a passion for great food, strong leadership skills and experience working within a branded kitchen environment. Full support is provided, with opportunities to gain recognised qualifications and progress within Mitchells & Butlers, where many Kitchen Team Leaders go on to become Head Chefs.
