JOB: Café Manager

Location: Sunderland (Doxford Park, SR3 2NE)
Salary: Competitive salary + benefits
- Full-time role (40 hours per week)
- Permanent contract
- Lead and manage the in-store café team
- Deliver excellent customer service and dining experience
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and development
- Ensure strong product availability and service standards
- Train and support team members to perform confidently
- Work with other store managers to drive performance
- Build relationships across departments and stakeholders
- Lead the café to meet targets and business goals
- Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in retail, hospitality, or service industries
