About the Role

• Play a key role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience for customers.

• Help ensure the store operates efficiently and maintains high standards.

• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.

• Maintain a welcoming, safe and organised store environment.

• Support colleagues in achieving store objectives and sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive team environment.

• Participate in team discussions and contribute ideas to improve performance.

• Support and assist in training new and existing team members.

Operational Excellence

• Assist with the day-to-day operation of the store.

• Follow company policies and procedures.

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain a clean, organised and visually appealing sales floor.

• Ensure products are well-stocked and attractively displayed.

• Keep up to date with product knowledge, promotions and pricing.

• Support the setup of in-store displays and promotional campaigns.

Customer Engagement

• Build positive relationships with customers.

• Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.

• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

Sales and Performance

• Support the team in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• Help identify opportunities to improve store performance.

• Contribute to a positive and high-performing sales environment.
