💷 Salary: £10.00–£12.21 per hour
🕒 Hours: Part-time (weekend availability required)
📄 Contract: Permanent
• Delivering excellent customer service as the first point of contact for guests
• Handling bookings, customer queries, and initial-stage complaints
• Working across multiple departments including attractions, bar, and gaming areas
• Operating site attractions and gambling machines (18+ requirement)
• Preparing and cooking food in line with food safety standards
• Promoting facilities, offers, and membership schemes
• Handling cash transactions accurately
• Cleaning and maintaining a safe, tidy environment
• Restocking bar areas, soft play, and prize shop
• Receiving and checking deliveries
• Providing support and onward training to colleagues
• Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email with professional phone etiquette
• Part-time permanent role
• Weekend availability required (Saturday and Sunday minimum)
