JOB NEWS: New Look is hiring a Sales Advisor at its Silverlink Retail Park store on a part-time basis

The position involves delivering an excellent omnichannel shopping experience by supporting customers in store, online and via the New Look app. Sales Advisors are responsible for providing friendly, personalised service, maintaining strong visual standards, supporting store operations and contributing to sales performance. You’ll work collaboratively with the team, embrace New Look’s brand values, and help create an inclusive, positive environment.

Key duties include assisting customers with styling and product choices, helping them order online if items aren’t available in store, supporting store presentation, contributing to KPIs, following health and safety procedures, preventing loss and controlling costs. The role may also include responsibilities such as Your Voice representation, keyholding (with mandatory training), or becoming a department or visual merchandising specialist.

The ideal candidate will be confident with people, passionate about fashion, customer-focused, a strong communicator and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Retail experience is desirable but not essential.
