Sunderland
- Full-time Customer Adviser role based in Sunderland branch
- Permanent position working 35 hours per week
- Monday–Friday 9am–5pm plus Saturday mornings on a rota
- Customer-facing role within a high street financial services environment
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting customers with savings accounts and transactions
- Managing tills, appointments, and daily branch operations
- Building relationships and understanding customer financial needs
- Delivering excellent face-to-face customer service
- Assisting with account openings and general banking enquiries
