One Stop is hiring a Shift Leader at its Silksworth store on a permanent basis.
The closing date is 7 December 2025.
The role involves running duty shifts, coordinating the team, and ensuring the store is clean, full and delivering excellent customer service. Shift Leaders take ownership of daily operations, support colleagues on the shop floor, manage queues, oversee replenishment and point-of-sale standards, and help maintain a safe environment for staff and customers. You’ll also act as keyholder and handle store opening/closing.
Other responsibilities include supporting seasonal and community events, delivering team communication, resolving customer queries, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, managing short-notice absences, escalating issues when needed, and contributing to improvements in store performance and operations.
