Contract & Hours
• Part-time
• Weekend availability required (every other weekend)
Pay
• From £12.21 per hour
The Role
• Support the day-to-day running of the store
• Help create a positive and welcoming shopping experience for customers
• Work as part of a small retail team
Key Responsibilities
• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Assist customers with enquiries
• Maintain a clean, tidy and well-organised shop floor
• Replenish stock and ensure correct product display and date rotation
• Accurately process sales using the till / POS system
• Carry out general administrative duties as required
Skills & Attributes
• Retail sales experience (required – minimum 1 year)
• Strong communication skills
• Customer-focused with a friendly, approachable manner
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, motivated and a strong team player
