Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients before service starts
- Cook and plate meals during breakfast and dinner service
- Help keep the kitchen clean, organised and ready for service
- Receive deliveries and store stock appropriately
- Work closely with the hotel team to ensure smooth service
- Help ensure every meal is presented correctly
Working Pattern
- Part-time
- 24 contracted hours per week
- Weekend availability
- Includes evenings, weekends and busy guest periods
