Overview:
Pure Padel North Leeds is recruiting a Front of House team member to support daily club operations. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality or customer service experience looking to move into the sports and leisure industry with a growing UK brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guests professionally
- Manage bookings, customer queries and payments
- Upsell food, drink and retail items
- Support events, tournaments and socials
- Coordinate coaching schedules and group sessions
- Maintain stock levels, cleanliness and court standards
- Assist the Club Manager with daily operations and rotas
Requirements:
- Hospitality or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organised and reliable with good admin ability
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Experience handling bookings/payments or working in a gym/sports venue (desirable)
