Sage is recruiting a Business Development Team Manager to lead its Sales Development team in Newcastle, offering a hybrid working opportunity within one of the UK’s leading technology companies.
The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives, focusing on coaching, performance and continuous improvement while helping customers choose Sage’s finance, payroll and HR solutions. The role also involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams, driving innovation, improving customer acquisition and supporting the company’s go-to-market strategy.
Applicants should have strong leadership and communication skills, experience coaching high-performing teams, and the ability to influence stakeholders while managing sales performance and pipeline forecasting. Experience in sales leadership, customer success or solutions consulting is advantageous.
