Summary
Sanco Pizza LTD is expanding its team following a successful launch in Newcastle city centre. The restaurant offers a unique Neapolitan pizza concept with no traditional food menu, creating a distinctive dining experience. They are seeking an experienced Shift Leader with hospitality and leadership experience to support daily operations and lead a small team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the team during shifts
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Support training and development of staff
- Maintain smooth restaurant and bar operations
- Ensure high hospitality standards in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ hospitality experience (preferred)
- Previous leadership or shift leading experience
- Weekend availability
- Strong interpersonal and team management skills
- Passion for food and drink
