About The Role
- Support the Store and Assistant Manager in running the store
- Coach and motivate team members to deliver strong results
- Maximise sales opportunities on the shop floor
- Connect with the local community
- Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily retail operations
- Support team development and performance
- Maintain high standards of store presentation
- Drive sales and customer engagement
- Act as a key support for store leadership
Skills And Experience
- Minimum 1 year retail experience
- Passion for retail and product knowledge
