Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers into the store and provide a friendly first impression.
- Take time to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout every interaction.
- Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries.
- Maintain warehouse and stockroom standards.
- Collect and prepare customer orders.
- Keep shelves stocked and displays organised.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the store.
- Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming shopping environment.
Skills and Qualities Required
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Friendly, reliable and enthusiastic approach.
- Willingness to learn and complete company training.

- Honest and hardworking.
- Retail experience is not essential, as full training is provided.
Store Opening Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:00am – 8:00pm
- Saturday: 7:00am – 6:00pm
- Sunday: 9:00am – 4:00pm
