Sunderland
- Part-time Spa Receptionist role at Serenity Spa, Seaham Hall
- Up to 24 hours per week on a 0-hour contract
- Shifts between 6am–10:30pm including weekends and bank holidays
- Front-of-house role delivering a luxury 5-star guest experience
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and managing the full spa journey from arrival to departure
- Handling bookings, payments, and guest profiles
- Promoting spa treatments, services, and retail products
- Conducting spa tours and providing expert knowledge of services
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
