About the Role:
- Carry out compliance audits in retail, supermarkets, and licensed premises
- Test age verification procedures by making specific purchases
- Report findings accurately after each visit
- Support businesses in maintaining legal ID-checking standards
- Work flexibly around personal schedule, studies, or other commitments
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned locations and complete mystery shopping audits
- Attempt purchases requiring age verification where applicable
- Observe and record whether ID checks are correctly performed
- Submit detailed and accurate audit reports
- Follow assignment instructions precisely
- Maintain confidentiality of audit activity
Skills and Experience Required:
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Reliable and responsible approach
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
Desirable Requirements:
- No experience required (full training provided)
- Suitable for students or part-time workers
- Must meet age requirements for certain audit types (18–19 for ID testing audits)
