ABOUT THE ROLE
The Line Cook will work in a fast-paced, structured kitchen environment, preparing high-quality food while developing culinary skills alongside experienced kitchen leaders.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain the quality of each dish while ensuring speedy service
• Work as part of a team with strong communication
• Follow food and plating specifications
• Follow appropriate food handling procedures
• Keep the workstation clean
• Support all areas of the kitchen

REQUIREMENTS
• Previous full-service restaurant experience is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic food handling and preparation knowledge
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
