• £13.91 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am
• Includes an additional £1.20 per hour premium for overnight hours

• Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare coffee and speciality beverages.
• Learn and develop product knowledge.
• Assist customers with beverage selections and customised orders.
• Deliver excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the unit.
• Operate efficiently during busy periods.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Skills And Experience Required:
• Previous experience working in a coffee shop is essential.
• Friendly and positive attitude.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Reliable and flexible approach to work.
• Passion for coffee and hospitality.
• Essential Requirements:
• Must be aged 18 or over.
• Ability to provide five years of references.
• Criminal Record Check required.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Able to sell and handle alcohol where required.
