Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality 1-to-1 swimming lessons
- Provide 2-to-1 private swimming lessons where required
- Teach swimmers of different ages and abilities
- Inspire and motivate clients to learn to swim
- Communicate effectively with swimmers and clients
- Deliver a high standard of customer service
- Help maintain Swim Now’s five-star client experience
- Continue developing swimming teaching skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Swimming Teacher Qualification required
- Swimming teaching experience preferred, with 1 year listed as advantageous

About The Role
Swim Now UK is recruiting a Lead Swimming Teacher in Durham on a permanent basis, paying from £20 per hour.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality swimming lessons, including 1-to-1 and 2-to-1 private lessons, at Swim Now venues. The company works with swimmers of different ages and abilities, with the aim of inspiring people to learn to swim while providing a high standard of customer service.
