JOB NEWS: Teaching Assistant, Part-time, Hastings Hill Academy (Thorney Close)
A new part-time Teaching Assistant role is available at Hasting Hill Academy (SR3), supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis.
This temporary position, starting in the 2025/26 academic year, offers 32.5 hours per week during term time plus 5 days. The salary ranges from £18,073 to £18,356 (pro rata), and the role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and experience supporting children.
Applicants must have GCSEs in Maths and English (grade C/4 or above) and either a Level 2 Early Years qualification or be willing to work towards it. The role involves supporting targeted pupils, preparing resources, and assisting with individual learning programmes.
