Role Overview
- Bar Staff role at The Bishops’ Mill pub in Durham
- Around 5 hours per week with flexible shifts

Key Responsibilities
- Take orders and serve drinks to company standards
- Prepare and dispense drinks at the bar or via the customer app
- Deliver food to tables and carry out customer check-backs
- Provide friendly customer service and build rapport with guests
- Maintain “clean as you go” standards across the venue
- Clear tables, restock fridges and assist with general bar duties
Shift Pattern
- Flexible working hours
- Morning, evening and weekend shifts available
- Late finishes may be required depending on service
