Eligibility:
- Must be aged 18+ (authorising age-related sales).
- Must live within commutable distance of Gateshead.
- Completion of two online assessments (15–20 minutes).
Working Pattern:
- Varied shifts including early mornings (5am), afternoons, late evenings (10pm), and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team on shift and oversee day-to-day store operations.
- Motivate, coach, and support Customer Team Members.
- Work hands-on on shop floor and tills.
- Support merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes.
- Champion Co-op membership and community engagement.
- Maintain store standards and drive performance.
Skills & Experience:
- Passion for leadership and working with people.
- Flexible and able to lead by example.
- Retail, merchandising, or team management experience beneficial but not essential.
