JOB TITLE

SALARY
- £12.60 per hour
CONTRACT
- Permanent
- Part Time
- 12 hours per week + regular overtime
- Varied shifts including afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends
- Closing date: 05 March 2026
ROLE OVERVIEW
- Provide friendly and thoughtful customer service on tills and shop floor
- Respond to customer queries and promote Co-op products and Membership
- Re-stock shelves and maintain store standards
- Ensure pricing, dates and temperatures are correct
- Keep the store safe and legally compliant
- Support introduction of new products and services
- Get involved in local community activities and events
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Genuine care for customers and members
- Strong people skills and ability to build relationships
- Positive approach to change and problem solving
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts
