Key Responsibilities
- Clean guest bedrooms to a high standard
- Assist with housekeeping duties as required
- Report maintenance issues to the Head Housekeeper
- Help maintain order in the linen room
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping experience is advantageous but not essential
- Right to work in the UK
About The Role
The Elite Venue Selection is recruiting a Room Attendant to join the housekeeping team at The Grand Hotel Sunderland. The successful candidate will help prepare guest bedrooms, support housekeeping operations, and deliver high standards of cleanliness and customer service. Full training will be provided.
