• The Fragrance Shop is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and reliable Assistant Manager to join its Dalton Park store.
• The successful candidate will support the Store Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
• This hands-on role also involves staff coaching, training and development.

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safe and legal operation.
• Train, coach and support retail consultants.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maximise sales opportunities.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints.
• Maintain high standards of product presentation and visual merchandising.
• Ensure products are correctly priced and displayed.
• Process customer transactions through the till system.
• Assist with stock deliveries, stock takes, promotions and markdowns.
