Role includes:
- Supporting kitchen operations and food preparation
- Cleaning kitchen equipment and utensils
- Stock rotation and storage
- Maintaining hygiene and health & safety standards
- Assisting during busy service periods
- Responsible waste disposal and keeping work areas tidy
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and team spirit
- Reliable and punctual
- Knowledge of food safety regulations advantageous
