Role Overview
- Full-time Front of House Team Leader role at The Library bar in Durham
- Leadership position within a busy sports bar and late-night venue
- Responsible for supporting management and ensuring excellent guest experiences
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management team in delivering smooth daily operations
- Lead, motivate and encourage front of house team members
- Ensure guests receive a welcoming and high-quality experience
- Maintain consistent service standards across the venue
- Engage confidently with customers and promote food and drink offerings
Requirements
- Previous hospitality or front of house experience
- Leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must be aged 18 or over due to alcohol sales
