Role Responsibilities
- Support management with day-to-day operations
- Lead shifts across restaurant, bar, and floor
- Motivate and support team members
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle queries
- Manage busy periods including matchdays and nightlife
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service
- Assist with staff training and onboarding
- Handle cashing up and basic admin tasks
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and licensing
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience (supervisory preferred)
- Confident leading teams in fast-paced environments
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Flexible and reliable
- Passion for hospitality and customer experience
- Experience in sports bars or late-night venues (desirable)
