Role
- Deliver specialist clinical interventions for substance misuse
- Conduct physical and mental health assessments
- Support alcohol and opioid detox programmes
- Provide harm reduction advice and BBV screening/vaccinations
- Work with multidisciplinary teams and external healthcare providers
- Deliver health promotion and recovery support
Requirements
- Qualified Nurse with relevant registration
- Experience in substance misuse, mental health or community care
- Strong communication and case management skills
- Ability to manage risk and emergency situations
- Knowledge of clinical guidelines and safeguarding
