• Contract: Permanent – Full-time & Part-time available
• Salary: £12.50 per hour
• Important Requirement:
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or over
• Role Overview:
• Working within a busy pub and kitchen environment
• Delivering high-quality drinks and excellent customer service
• Creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests
• Supporting smooth front-of-house and bar operations
• Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Creating and serving cocktails using a range of recipes and techniques
• Providing friendly, professional customer service
• Taking orders and processing payments accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area
• Following all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations
• Working closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality (required)
• Minimum 3 years’ customer service experience (required)
• Minimum 3 years’ bartending or mixology experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, garnishes, and mixing techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good numeracy skills for cash handling
• Understanding of food handling and safety procedures
