Key Details
- Working hours between 8:00am – 8:00pm (Mon–Sun)
- Office-based role in a 4-star hotel environment
- Requires previous experience in similar role
Role
- Handle hotel, spa and golf reservations
- Manage enquiries via phone, email and booking systems
- Provide high-level customer service
- Process bookings from enquiry to confirmation
- Act as first point of contact for guests
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in reservations/admin role
- Strong IT and data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused attitude
