About The Role
- Oversee bar, restaurant and banqueting operations
- Deliver a first-class guest experience
- Motivate and lead the hospitality team
- Support the General Manager in achieving forecasts and KPI targets
- Manage bar stock and cellar operations
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations
- Ensure service standards are consistently met
- Monitor budgets and performance targets
- Maintain stock control and cellar management
- Support team development and performance
Skills And Experience
- Proven track record within the hospitality industry
- Supervisory or management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Experience managing stock and cellar operations
- Ability to meet financial targets and KPIs
- Reliable commute to South Shields NE33
