JOB: Student Communities Coordinator
Employer: University of Sunderland Students’ Union
Location: Sunderland (Sunderland Campus)
Salary: £26,194–£28,208

- Full-time role (37.5 hours per week)
- Work within the Student Communities Team
- Support student leadership activities (societies, reps, volunteering, campaigns)
- Work with student leaders to build community engagement
- Help develop student skills and participation
- Support delivery of a new community organising approach
- Contribute to student engagement across Sunderland and London campuses
- Experience working with groups, communities, or student engagement
- Ability to support and develop student leaders
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to demonstrate experience against essential criteria in application
- No visa sponsorship available
