Role Overview
- Kitchen assistant role at The William Jameson pub in Sunderland

Key Duties
- Preparing, cooking and presenting food to company standards
- Operating kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers and microwaves
- Working as part of the kitchen team to meet service times
- Maintaining food hygiene, allergen and health and safety standards
- Cleaning work areas and completing full kitchen clean-downs
- Rotating stock and storing food safely
Shift Pattern
- Flexible working hours
- Morning, evening and weekend shifts available
- Pub operates early morning to late night service
