Overview
Part-time Retail Sales Assistant (Keyholder) role based at The Bridges in Sunderland. A customer-focused retail position with added responsibility for store opening/closing as a keyholder.
Hours
- 12 hours per week
- Permanent contract
- Fully flexible (weekdays & weekends)

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and product advice
- Maintain store standards (stock, cleanliness, merchandising)
- Operate tills and handle transactions
- Support deliveries and stockroom organisation
- Work towards store targets and KPIs
- Follow health & safety procedures
Keyholder Duties (18+)
- Open and close the store
- Cash handling and cashing up
- Take responsibility when management is absent
Ideal Candidate
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Reliable and flexible with shifts
- Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous retail/hospitality experience preferred
