About the Role

• Work across multiple departments within the hotel.

• Welcome guests and assist with customer check-ins.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the guest stay.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to company standards.

• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel.

• Help ensure guests enjoy a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Training & Development

• No previous experience required.
