Valentinos is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Waitress / Bar Staff to join its friendly and fast-paced hospitality team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer-facing roles and delivering excellent service in a lively restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard
- Provide attentive table service and ensure guests feel welcomed and valued
- Engage with customers, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of bar and service areas in line with food safety standards
- Assist with food service and preparation when required
- Handle customer queries or concerns professionally and efficiently
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house colleagues to ensure smooth service
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service preferred
- Confident serving customers in a busy environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and ability to work well under pressure
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices is an advantage
