Sales Advisor – Part Time
Employer: Weird Fish Limited
Location: 67–68 Dalton Park, Seaham SR7 9HU
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Part time
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexibility required, including weekends)

Duties:
• Open and/or close the store when management is not present
• Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
• Take responsibility for tasks delegated by the Store Manager
• Maintain store standards to meet operational requirements
• Handle customer enquiries professionally and confidently
• Support day-to-day retail operations as part of the team
• Help create a positive and motivated working environment
• Assist with merchandising and stock presentation

Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends
• Sales-focused mindset with the ability to meet targets
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
• Passion for the Weird Fish brand

Desirable:
• Supervisory or keyholder experience
• Merchandising experience
• Administrative or phone-handling experience
• Bilingual skills
