• Welcoming customers and delivering friendly, first-class customer service
• Processing bets and handling customer queries accurately
• Demonstrating how to use betting terminals
• Building strong relationships with customers and the local community
• Championing safer gambling at all times
• Supporting managers with shop displays and opening/closing duties
• Working shifts on a rota between 8am–10pm, including evenings and weekends
• £12.25 per hour
