Role Responsibilities
- Prepare specialty coffees and serve food to high standards
- Take customer orders accurately and deliver to tables
- Operate till system and handle cash
- Maintain cleanliness across all areas
- Follow food hygiene and allergen standards
- Deliver excellent customer service
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1+ year barista experience
- Confident in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Good timekeeping and presentation
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Able to work weekends and commute reliably
