Young people invited to apply to Military Preparation Academy in Sunderland
Learning Curve’s Military Preparation College program has announced that it has spaces available for young people in Sunderland to join.
The youth educational organisation offers mock military training, educational and exercise courses to young people which help them develop essential skillsets and teamwork. They run 39 different camps in towns and cities throughout the UK.
As described on its website: “At the college, students follow a weekly routine of activities and curriculum. This includes vocational and skills training, physical training, military training days, and assessments.”
“Our courses are designed to give learners the skills needed to start their journey towards a rewarding career in the British Armed Forces or to progress on to further education or training. Problem-solving and leadership skills are essential in the Armed Forces and civilian employment.”
Its Sunderland program is hosted at the Beacon of Light.
