About the Role
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maximise branch bookings
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Create inspiring travel itineraries tailored to customer needs and budgets
- Plan package holidays, flights, accommodation and transport
- Make reservations using booking systems in line with company procedures
- Upsell additional products including travel insurance
- Handle foreign exchange transactions
- Meet and exceed branch sales and profit targets
- Assist with promotional events and in-branch marketing displays
- Maintain branch presentation and merchandising
Requirements
Essential
- Proven customer service and sales experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, target-driven attitude
- Good IT skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities and solve problems
- Team player with strong work ethic
Desirable
- Minimum one year experience as a Travel Consultant
- Travel product knowledge and booking system experience
- Willingness to complete ongoing training and supplier events
