JOB: Sales Assistant (4 hours per week)

Contract: Permanent, Part-time
Hours: 4 hours per week (flexible Monday–Sunday)
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: Up to £12.41 per hour + non-contractual hourly sales commission

Role Overview:
Deichmann is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to deliver an excellent shopping experience in their Washington store. This is a great opportunity to develop a retail career within a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Approach and assist customers with product advice
Process sales transactions at the till
Recommend and promote complementary products
Support the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Replenish stock and process deliveries efficiently
Maintain a clean, tidy and well-presented shop floor
Complete ad hoc duties as required
