JOB NEWS: Pacifica’s Call Centre in Houghton is hiring an Outbound Sales Advisor to work on a Full-time basis

Contract & Hours
• Permanent
• Full-time
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Salary & Commission
• Fixed base salary (FTE approx. £23,985 per annum)
• Monthly commission paid per sale
• Salary pro rata depending on hours and age (21+)
The Role
• Make outbound sales calls to existing and potential new customers
• Manage allocated outbound sales campaigns
• Offer warranty upgrades, renewals and additional cover
• Confirm repair bookings and promote relevant products
• Work to clear KPIs and sales targets
Training
• Full training provided
• Approx. 1 week initial training
What Pacifica Are Looking For
• Minimum 1 year outbound sales experience in a contact centre environment
• Target-driven and motivated by commission
• Confident, positive and outgoing personality
• Reliable, trustworthy and resilient
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-focused role
