The Role
• Lead and shape the strategic direction of the Sunderland operation

• Proven experience in a general management role

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant degree or equivalent experience in general management or related field
• Previous success in a similar role, ideally within retail or hospitality
• Strong financial management, budgeting and strategic planning skills
