Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service on the shop floor
- Drive sales and contribute to commercial success
- Support day-to-day store operations
- Open and close the store as a Keyholder
- Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards
- Assist customers with premium bedlinen and homeware purchases
Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience (required)
- Strong customer service background
- Previous keyholder experience
- Passion for home interiors
- Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and late nights
- Familiarity with premium homeware or lifestyle products advantageous
- Right to work in the United Kingdom
