Job Type: Permanent, Part-time (12 hours per week + regular overtime)
Co-op is recruiting a Customer Team Member for its Murton store in Seaham. Applicants must be within commutable distance of Seaham.
Contract Details:
- 12 hours per week
- Permanent contract
- Varied shifts including afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends
- Full, paid training provided
- No CV required (mobile application available)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly and thoughtful customer service
- Operate tills and support shop floor duties
- Re-stock shelves and maintain store standards
- Ensure pricing, dates and temperatures are correct
- Promote Co-op products and Membership
- Support store colleagues and local community initiatives
