JOB: Social Worker – Adult Services

Salary: £33,699 – £46,142 per year

Role
- Carry out strengths-based assessments
- Develop and review care and support plans
- Work with residents, carers and partner agencies
- Support adults to live independently
- Work across Front Door, Short Term or Long Term teams
Requirements
- Qualified Social Worker (registered with Social Work England)
- Knowledge of Care Act 2014
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
- Teamwork and independent working capability
Desirable
- Knowledge of Mental Health Act & Mental Capacity Act
- Experience with Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards
- Understanding of Transforming Care agenda
