About The Role
Wendy’s Newcastle City Centre is looking for Crew Members to join its restaurant team. The role involves working across different areas of the restaurant, delivering excellent customer service, preparing food to brand standards, and helping create a positive experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Support colleagues across all restaurant areas
- Maintain stock levels of essential items
- Follow company procedures and food safety standards
- Keep the restaurant clean, organised and welcoming
- Assist with food preparation and order fulfilment
- Ensure customer satisfaction at all times

Physical Requirements
